We will gladly accept the return of products for full refund 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the items have their tag on, are in new, unwashed, and unworn condition*. You are responsible for the cost of postage/shipping on any returned items and postage/shipping of replacement item if one is needed.
*All personalized items are not returnable.

We will contact you to confirm your information, at this time if you require an exchange please list the item and form of payment to be used for any outstanding balance on the new item. For your protection please use a shipping company that provides a tracking package service. www.icefireskatewear.com is not responsilble for packages not received.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
